Role Description The Infrastructural Project Manager – Civil will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of civil infrastructure and construction projects in line with Aliens Group’s quality and innovation standards. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timelines, budgets, and specifications are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing project plans, monitoring site activities, managing risks, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, and conducting regular progress reviews.





The role also includes preparing and reviewing technical documentation, tracking costs, and reporting project status to senior leadership.

The Project

Manager will drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes, resolving operational issues, and maintaining solid stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure, with the ability to manage complex structural and site development requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in Construction Management, including supervision of on-site activities, contractor coordination, and adherence to safety standards.
- Proficiency in Project Management, covering planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Capability in Budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered within financial targets.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience managing large-scale real estate or infrastructure projects, preferably in urban residential or mixed-use developments.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, environmental regulations, and quality standards in India.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with proficiency in project management and design software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
- Effective communication and leadership abilities, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.
