Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Chennai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards. The role includes day-to-day responsibilities such as policy formulation, overseeing employee records, resolving workplace issues,



and supporting professional development initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations to oversee hiring, onboarding, and workforce administration
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and handling workplace issues while fostering a positive workplace culture
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies aligned with company goals and compliance standards
- Foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in Human Resources practices and processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, in office environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
