Role Overview

- Own end-to-end marketing execution across LinkedIn, X, email, and communities
- Create and publish daily content showcasing TenseAi use cases, features, and results
- Run growth experiments for inbound leads, demos, and sign-ups
- Manage product launches, feature announcements, and update campaigns
- Work closely with product and sales to align messaging and GTM strategy
- Own hiring for interns, full-time, and contract roles end-to-end




- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with speed and clarity
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and internal HR processes
- Build a strong culture aligned with ownership, speed, and autonomy
- Handle employee queries, policies, attendance, and basic compliance
- Support performance tracking, feedback cycles, and team engagement
- Act as the bridge between founders and team members
