- Prepare regular performance and target reports

- Solar industry experience is mandatory
- Proven experience in sales/marketing/business development
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven
- Leadership and team-management skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required
