Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Non-Voice Process Executive role based in Mumbai. The role involves processing and validating healthcare-related data, reviewing medical records or claims, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards and client requirements. The executive will handle back-office tasks, maintain detailed documentation, and update systems and databases without direct voice interaction with customers.

Daily responsibilities include analyzing information, resolving discrepancies,



supporting customer service goals through non-voice channels, and collaborating with internal teams to meet performance and quality targets.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to review healthcare data, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy.
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service to uphold service standards through non-voice processes.
- Effective Communication skills, including explicit written communication and documentation.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to support quality outcomes and service-level expectations.
- Familiarity with healthcare or insurance processes, medical terminology, or claims processing is an advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and data entry software; excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline or relevant certification is preferred.
