This is not a conventional real estate sales job.

We are looking for someone who can take his/her experience, knowledge and network and turn it into a repeatable, scalable leasing operation.

Who are we looking for?You don't necessarily need 15 years of experience.

In fact, experience alone is not what we are looking for.

We are looking for someone with:

Your roleImagine we receive a requirement:

“A national retail brand wants 2,000 sq. ft. in Guwahati.”

You should be able to take complete ownership of that requirement.

You will

1. Understand and qualify the requirement
2. Enter and maintain the requirement in our CRM
3. Analyse our inventory and identify suitable properties
4. Speak with landlords/developers and obtain current commercial terms
5. Shortlist the right properties
6. Prepare professional proposals for the client
7. Coordinate and conduct site visits
8. Maintain systematic follow-ups with the brand and landlord
9. Obtain and evaluate commercial offers
10. Drive negotiations
11. Identify issues and solve them independently
12. Escalate only key/strategic matters to the Founder/MD
13. Take the transaction through LOI/commercial closure and hand it over for documentation

What we expect from youDon't wait to be told what to do. If you see a problem, solve it.

If a client hasn't responded, follow up.

If a property doesn't work, find another one.

If a landlord is difficult,



negotiate.

If you don't know something, learn it.

If a deal is stuck, take ownership of getting it unstuck.

We are looking for a “closer”, not a coordinator.

- High-street leasing
- Mall leasing
- Retail expansion strategy
- Site selection
- Commercial negotiations
- Rental benchmarking
- Lease structuring
- Large-ticket transactions

More importantly, you will have the opportunity to learn retail leasing at a level that most conventional real-estate jobs simply cannot offer.
