Job Title: Full Stack Engineer – AEM + React JS

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and React JS. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable AEM customizations, modern React-based applications, enterprise integrations, and cloud-ready solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience in AEM Development, React JS, REST/GraphQL APIs, AEM Cloud, CI/CD, integrations, and DevOps. Experience with AI/GenAI and RAG solutions will be a robust advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- AEM Development & Customization

- Design and develop custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
- Build scalable and reusable AEM solutions using:
- Sling Models
- Sling Servlets
- OSGi Services
- HTL (Sightly)
- JCR Repository
- Develop and maintain Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and Editable Templates.
- Follow AEM best practices for performance, maintainability, scalability, and security.
- Configure and optimize AEM Dispatcher caching and content delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve AEM application and production issues.

2. Full Stack Development – React JS
- Design and develop modern web applications using React JS and related ecosystem libraries.
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable component-based front-end architectures.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and GraphQL services.
- Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces aligned with WCAG standards.
- Collaborate with UX designers, architects, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and cross-browser compatibility.

3. AEM Cloud & DevOps
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using:
- Adobe Cloud Manager
- Git
- Maven
- Jenkins
- Participate in code reviews, QA, deployments, and release activities.
- Support AEM Cloud environments and deployment processes.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.




- Ensure platform stability, performance, and reliability.

4. Enterprise Integration & Personalization
- Integrate AEM with enterprise systems, third-party platforms, and external microservices.
- Work with:
- Adobe Analytics
- Adobe Target
- Adobe I/O APIs
- Authentication providers
- REST APIs
- GraphQL
- External microservices
- Implement headless content delivery using AEM Content Fragments and GraphQL.
- Support personalization and analytics use cases across digital platforms.

5. AI / GenAI – Strong Advantage
- Experience implementing AI/GenAI-powered solutions is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions will be a strong advantage.
- Exposure to integrating LLM/GenAI capabilities with enterprise applications or content platforms is preferred.

- Good understanding of Agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience AEM + React JS + Full Stack Development + AEM Cloud + Enterprise Integrations

Experience with AI/GenAI, RAG, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target will be an added advantage.
