Payout: Percentage-based commission on candidate CTC per placement
About the Role
We are hiring Freelance Recruiters to source talent for our IT and Non-IT client requirements. This is a commission-based role with complete schedule flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates for assigned IT and Non-IT client roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines to ensure high offer-to-joining ratios.
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and personal networks to source quality talent.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT, Non-IT, or bulk recruitment.
- Strong candidate screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
