Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area.

The Field

Sales professional will visit retail outlets, salons, and distributors to promote Fashion i Paris shampoo products, demonstrate product benefits, and build strong relationships with partners.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, ensuring proper product display and visibility, collecting orders, and following up on deliveries and payments. The role also involves gathering market feedback, monitoring competitor activity,



and sharing insights with the sales and marketing teams.

The Field

Sales professional will conduct product education sessions, support promotional campaigns, and represent the brand with professionalism in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed field sales targets.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Candidates should possess basic product knowledge and a willingness to learn about hair care, ingredients, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess good organizational and time management skills to plan routes, manage visits, and maintain records.
- Prior experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or personal care field sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in the field, travel within the Greater Ahmedabad Area, and adapt to wide-ranging customer environments.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with using smartphones or basic digital tools for reporting, order entry, and communication.
