- Handle end-to-end documentation for export shipments.

Shipping Line / NVOCC Coordination

- Coordinate with shipping lines and NVOCCs for export bookings.
- Follow up for booking confirmation, container release and vessel schedules.
- Submit SI and VGM within the prescribed cut-offs.
- Check and obtain approval for BL drafts.
- Coordinate BL amendments, surrender BL, telex release and final BL.
- Monitor vessel cut-offs, rollovers, ETD and ETA.

- Customer Coordination

- Obtain shipping instructions and required documents from customers.
- Verify shipment details such as:
- Shipper / Consignee details
- Port of Loading / Discharge
- Container details
- Packages
- Gross / Net Weight
- CBM
- Cargo description
- HS Code
- Keep customers updated regarding booking, documentation and shipment status.
- Proactively highlight documentation discrepancies or potential delays.

Customs / CHA Coordination

- Coordinate with CHA and customs teams for Shipping Bill filing and export clearance.




- Provide accurate documentation and shipment details for customs filing.
- Follow up for Shipping Bill status, examination and LEO (Let Export Order).
- Coordinate amendments and resolve documentation queries raised by Customs.

- Transport & Container Coordination

- Coordinate with transporters for container pickup and factory placement.
- Monitor container stuffing, seal details, port gate-in and terminal status.
- Ensure container and shipment details are accurately reflected in all documents.
- Follow up on shipments until vessel departure.

- Shipment Tracking & Internal Coordination

- Monitor shipment milestones from booking to vessel sailing.
- Coordinate with Sales, Pricing, Operations, Accounts and Customer Service teams.
- Maintain shipment-wise documentation and records.
- Update ERP / internal systems accurately and on time.
- Ensure all shipment documents are properly filed and available for future reference.
