Hiring | Sr. VP – Accounts & Finance

Industry: Jewellery / Precious Metals

We are looking for a senior finance professional to lead the Accounts & Finance function and drive financial control, reporting, compliance and business finance.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead financial accounting, reporting, closing and statutory compliance.
n
- Oversee inventory valuation, costing and financial controls .
n
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and regulatory compliance .
n
- Handle banking, working capital, cash flow and forex management .
n
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS and variance analysis.
n
- Strengthen internal controls, processes and automation.
n
- Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team.
n




- Coordinate with auditors, consultants and external stakeholders.
n

n

Key Requirements

n

n
- CA with 8–10 years of post-qualification experience .
n
- Experience in jewellery, precious metals or a related industry preferred .
n
- Strong understanding of inventory, costing and financial controls.
n
- Solid knowledge of taxation and import/export compliance.
n
- Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills.
n
