Position: Electrical Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager

Department: Electrical – Operations & Maintenance

Experience: 5–10 Years

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering

- Competency / Supervisory certificate issued by the Chief Electrical Inspector / Electrical Inspector of any State or Union Territory in India will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Operation and maintenance of electrical substations and HT/LT distribution systems.
- Hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of VCB, ACB, DG Sets, UPS, APFC, MCC, Transformers and electrical panels.
- Preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Monitoring and maintenance of earthing and electrical protection systems.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and statutory requirements.
- Implement Permit to Work (PTW), LOTO and electrical isolation procedures.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists and equipment history.




- Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors and service agencies.
- Ensure safe, reliable and uninterrupted operation of electrical systems.

Required Skills

- Solid practical knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems and substations.
- Good hands-on experience with VCB, ACB, DG, UPS, APFC, MCC and Transformers.
- Knowledge of electrical protection, fault finding and troubleshooting.
- Sound knowledge of earthing, electrical safety, PTW and LOTO.
- Ability to independently handle electrical O&M; activities and lead a maintenance team.
- Good communication, reporting and coordination skills.

Preferred Requirement

- Candidates holding an HT-level Competency / Supervisory Certificate issued by the Chief Electrical Inspector / Electrical Inspector of any State or Union Territory in India will be preferred.
- Experience in operation and maintenance of HT substations and electrical installationswill be an added advantage.
