Nivah is a up-to-date Indian fragrance brand creating thoughtfully crafted incense and home fragrance products for contemporary living. We are building a young, growing consumer brand that brings traditional Indian fragrances into modern everyday spaces.

About The Role

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage and grow Nivah’s presence across online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and other platforms.

The role requires someone who can take ownership of day-to-day marketplace operations and contribute towards increasing sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage marketplace accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings and catalogues.
- Manage product pricing, inventory, offers, and promotions.
- Plan and run marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Monitor sales,



advertising performance, ROAS/ACOS, and other key metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, visibility, and conversion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace account managers when required.
- Prepare basic sales and performance reports.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or Meesho.
- Understanding of product cataloguing and marketplace advertising.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and e-commerce performance metrics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to take ownership.
