Digital Marketing Executive | Ethical Den

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who knows their way around Meta Ads and has actually managed live campaigns, not just studied them.

This role will primarily focus on planning, running, monitoring and improving paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. SEO and other areas of digital marketing will be part of the role, but Meta Ads will be your primary responsibility.

What you’ll be doing:

- Plan, set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Work with different campaign objectives, including lead generation, conversions, traffic and awareness
- Handle audience research, targeting, retargeting and campaign structuring
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, creatives and audiences
- Track CPL, CPC, CTR, conversions and other relevant campaign metrics
- Conduct A/B testing to understand what is actually working
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad creatives and copy
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and identify areas for improvement
- Assist with SEO, keyword research and other digital marketing activities when required
- Keep up with changes and new features within Meta Ads Manager





What we’re looking for:

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads is mandatory
- Solid working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Experience managing actual advertising budgets and live campaigns
- Good understanding of targeting, retargeting, Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences
- Ability to read campaign data and make optimization decisions based on performance
- Understanding of Meta Pixel, conversion tracking and campaign attribution
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Someone who can independently manage campaigns and take ownership of performance

Please note: This is not a fresher position. We are specifically looking for candidates with at least 1 year of practical experience handling Meta Ads campaigns.
