WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGSocial Media & Digital Marketing

- Work on social media and digital marketing activities for assigned brands.
- Understand different brands, audiences and digital platforms.
- Contribute to content planning, campaign ideas and digital strategies.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platforms and the ever-changing digital landscape.
- Bring fresh ideas and recommendations to the team and clients.

Client Communication

- Communicate with clients and understand their requirements, goals and expectations.
- Build strong working relationships with clients.
- Coordinate feedback, approvals and follow-ups.
- Proactively flag challenges and help find solutions.

Coordination & Execution

- Work closely with creative, copy, design and social media teams.




- Create clear briefs and ensure everyone is aligned on requirements and timelines.
- Track deliverables, deadlines and approvals.
- Ensure work is accurate, polished and aligned with the brand before it reaches the client.

Reporting & Insights

- Assist with monthly performance reports.
- Understand what worked, what didn’t and why.
- Identify useful insights from performance data.
- Contribute recommendations to improve future content and campaigns.
