We're Hiring: Social Media, Influencer & Customer Engagement Manager | Gurugram

- We are a medium-premium women's western wear brand based in Gurugram, looking for a hands-on Social Media, Influencer & Customer Engagement Manager to own our day-to-day brand communication across Instagram, WhatsApp, email, influencer collaborations, and customer engagement channels.This role is for someone who understands fashion, Instagram content, creator coordination, customer psychology, and repeat-customer communication — not a performance marketing role.What You'll Own:Plan and manage the monthly organic social media calendar (reels, stories, posts, carousels, styling videos)
- Write captions, story text, reel hooks, and launch communication
- Identify and manage relationships with fashion, lifestyle, and micro-influencers, from outreach to deliverables
- Manage customer conversations across Instagram DMs, comments, and WhatsApp — styling suggestions, size guidance, product recommendations
- Plan CRM communication for new launches, back-in-stock alerts, festive collections, and repeat-purchase nudges
- Maintain a warm, polished, feminine, and premium brand voice across every customer touchpoint
- What We're Looking For:3–6 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, customer engagement, CRM, brand communication,



or community management
- Prior experience with fashion, apparel, lifestyle, beauty, retail, or D2C brands preferred
- Strong understanding of Instagram, reels, stories, and creator-led content
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Comfort with real customer conversations over Instagram, WhatsApp, and comments
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Instagram Insights, WhatsApp business tools, or CRM/email platforms
