- WHAT YOU WILL LEARN (Core Exposure):

As a Management Trainee at LWS, you will not just assist, but actively participate in:
- Corporate Governance: End-to-end incorporations, ROC filings, strike-offs, and NCLT matters.
- Real Estate &
- RERA Operations:

Direct liaisoning with Noida, GNIDA &




- YEIDA authorities (TM, NOCs), mutation, stamp duty calculations, and construction time extensions.
- FEMA &
- RBI Advisory: Practical exposure to foreign exchange regulations, FDI, ODI, and compounding compliances.
- Advanced Legal Drafting: Drafting critical corporate and real estate documents, Builder Buyer Agreements, and conducting comprehensive property title due diligence.

Position: CS Management Trainee (21-Month Articleship)

Office Location: Office T-93F, Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza, Sector-4, Greater Noida West - 201016.
