The role involves designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Azure AI services.

AI Agent & Chatbot Development

- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Build conversational experiences including:
- Topics, intents, triggers, and multi-turn dialogue flows

- Create reusable components, templates, and skills for faster delivery
- Implement prompt engineering and instruction design for accurate responses

Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents (must-have)

- Robust knowledge of:

- Conversational AI & chatbot development
- Prompt engineering & agent instruction design

- Experience with:

- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- API integrations and connectors

- Basic familiarity with:

- Azure AI / Azure OpenAI
- RAG-based solutions and knowledge grounding
