Role Description This is a full-time Copywriter role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Copywriter will craft clear, compelling copy for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, email communications, and press releases that align with client brand guidelines and objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target audiences, developing key messages, drafting and revising content, and ensuring consistency of tone and style across all materials.

The role involves close collaboration with marketing, design, and client-facing teams to refine messaging,



support campaign strategy, and meet deadlines. The Copywriter will also be responsible for proofreading and editing content to maintain high quality standards and adherence to brand and legal requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong Writing and Copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and channels.
- Experience creating Press Releases and other PR-focused content that communicates key messages clearly and professionally.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interpret client requirements.
- Proficiency in Marketing-oriented writing, with an understanding of basic marketing principles and audience engagement.
- Attention to detail with solid Proofreading and editing capabilities to ensure error-free, polished content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and content formats (web, social media, email) and basic knowledge of SEO best practices is beneficial.
