Job Designation: Business Operations Executive (BOE)

Role Overview

As a Business Operations Executive, you will play an important role in expanding Corizo's student community and creating awareness about our internship and professional training programs. The role offers exposure to student engagement, marketing, lead generation, campus recruitment, and business development.

You will interact with students across India, understand their career interests, introduce them to relevant learning opportunities, generate and nurture leads, and build a strong network of Campus Ambassadors to expand Corizo's reach.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Student Engagement & Business Development

- Connect with students across India and understand their career interests, goals, and learning requirements.
- Introduce students to relevant internship and professional training opportunities offered by Corizo.
- Guide students through the program selection and enrollment process.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students, address their queries, and provide appropriate guidance.
- Work towards achieving monthly enrollment and business targets.
- Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute creative marketing initiatives to increase awareness of Corizo's programs among students.
- Generate student leads through social media, digital platforms,



campus outreach, events, competitions, referrals, and other channels.
- Explore new approaches to reach and engage student communities across different campuses.
- Work closely with Campus Ambassadors to strengthen Corizo's presence within colleges and student networks.
- Track lead-generation activities and identify opportunities to improve student engagement and conversions.
- Campus Ambassador Recruitment & HR
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for Campus Ambassadors across colleges and universities in India.
- Identify, screen, interview, select, and onboard students who can represent Corizo within their campuses.
- Build and maintain a strong network of Campus Ambassadors across different institutions.
- Maintain regular communication with Campus Ambassadors and ensure their continued engagement.
- Team Management & Leadership
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Campus Ambassadors.
- Set goals and provide regular guidance and feedback to improve their performance.
- Conduct training sessions to help Campus Ambassadors develop their communication, outreach, and marketing skills.
- Encourage teamwork, accountability, and a positive performance-oriented environment.
- Student & Relationship Management
- Build positive and lasting relationships with students and campus communities.




- Understand student requirements and provide relevant information about Corizo's programs.
- Address queries and ensure a smooth experience from the initial interaction through enrollment.
- Gather student feedback and market insights to improve outreach strategies and student engagement.

Skills Preferred

Strong Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with students and internal teams.

Relationship Building – Ability to build meaningful relationships with students, Campus Ambassadors, and student communities.

Marketing & Lead Generation – Basic understanding of social media, digital marketing, outreach, and lead-generation strategies.

Recruitment & People Management – Ability to identify, interview, onboard, mentor, and manage Campus Ambassadors.

Leadership & Team Management – Ability to guide teams, set goals, track performance, and encourage individuals to achieve their objectives.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability – Proactive approach to handling challenges and adapting to a rapid-paced and dynamic work environment.

Goal Orientation – Ability to work towards defined objectives and consistently follow through on assigned responsibilities.

Probation Period

You will be under probation for a period of 90 days (3 months) from the date of joining.

During the probation period

Monthly CTC: INR 18,000 + incentives up to INR 10,000 (uncapped)

Full-Time Employment:

Fixed CTC: INR 4,00,000 LPA

Variable CTC: INR 2,50,000 LPA (uncapped as of date)
