WEFIRE® is also associated with successful ventures like Sippline® (featured on Shark Tank India Season 1) and Zepcruit, an AI-powered recruitment platform.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain books of accounts and accounting records in ZOHO Books for multiple companiesHandle bank reconciliations, accounts payable & receivableManage payroll processing including PF, ESIC, and TDS calculationsMaintain stock accounting, ledgers,



and inventory reconciliationPrepare and manage sales & purchase invoicesPerform GST reconciliations including GSTR 2ACoordinate purchase orders for inventory replenishmentConduct and participate in internal 5S auditsRequired SkillsKnowledge of ZOHO Books and accounting principlesKnowledge about Accounts payable and receivable, Financial Statement, Inventory ManagementStrong understanding of bank reconciliation, taxation, and inventory accountingGood working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting softwareStrong numerical and communication skillsQualification – Graduation in B.Com, M.Com, CA, CMADesired Candidate ProfileHonest, sincere, and detail-oriented professionalPositive attitude with entrepreneurial mindsetGood communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred)Independent thinker with eagerness to learn and growWhat We OfferStrong learning and growth opportunitiesSupportive and comfortable work environmentExposure to quick-growing and innovative businessesWorking HoursMonday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PMSaturday: Work From HomeSunday: Weekly Off
