We are looking for a detail-oriented US Accountant with 2–5 years of hands-on US accounting experience to join our remote finance team.Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for US-based clients.- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.- Prepare journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and assist with month-end and year-end closing.- Prepare financial statements and management reports.- Work with QuickBooks Online/Desktop and other US accounting software.- Support payroll processing and maintain accurate financial records.- Coordinate with CPAs, tax professionals, and internal teams.- Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and company policies.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance,
