Operations Executive – Jewellery Movement & CoordinationSant Ram's | Chandigarh (Sector 17) | Full-time, in office₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per monthAbout usSant Ram's is a 65-year-old fine jewellery house in Chandigarh, alongside Jazaa, our lab-grown diamond brand. We are building a modern operations backbone behind a heritage business, and this role sits at the centre of it.The roleEvery piece we sell moves through several hands — design, manufacturing, quality check, showroom, and back. Your job is to make sure that movement is tracked, timely, and accounted for. You are the person who always knows where a piece is, what stage it's at, and what's holding it up.What you'll doLog and track the movement of jewellery between departments (design, workshop, QC, showroom, vault) with complete documentation at each handoverMaintain accurate records in our ERP and reconcile physical stock against system entriesCoordinate daily with department heads to keep orders and repairs moving on scheduleFlag delays, discrepancies,



or missing paperwork immediately — before they become problemsPrepare simple daily/weekly status reports for managementSupport other departments (sales, accounts, marketing) with back-office tasks as neededWhat we're looking for1–3 years in operations, back office, inventory, or logistics coordination (retail or manufacturing preferred; jewellery a plus but not required)Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; ERP experience is an advantageMeticulous about records — you don't leave gaps, and you don't sign off on what you haven't checkedReliable, punctual, and able to work with senior craftsmen and management alikeGood written and spoken Hindi and EnglishWhat you getA stable, growing 65-year-old business with a clear path into supervisory operations rolesDirect exposure to how a fine jewellery house actually runs, end to end6-day week, fixed hours, statutory benefits
