The Graphic Designer will be responsible for building and communicating our brand's narrative across owned platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading the creative design process — from conception through delivery — for all our social media marketing initiativesCreating engaging and consistent social media content including posts, carousels, Instagram stories, infographics, and other visual assets across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter)Designing client presentations, internal communication materials,



and marketing collaterals that align with our brand identityDeveloping and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all design materials, ensuring that our brand message is effectively communicated to our target audienceSupporting product feature videos through basic video creation and editing when neededWorking in a fast-paced startup environment, managing and prioritizing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight social media deadlinesQualifications5+ years of hands-on experience creating social media content including posts, carousels, Instagram stories, infographics, and other digital marketing materialsStrong portfolio showcasing social media designs, presentation decks, infographics, and platform-specific content across various social channelsAbility to create content that drives engagement, follows, and conversions on social mediaProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)Understanding of current design trends and best practices for social mediaExperience working with AI technology for image creationKnowledge of wealth management or fintech industry will be practical
