and drive engagement.· Ensure that all content is developed and delivered on time.· Designing for in-house verticals.QUALIFICATIONS· Graduate or holder of a Diploma in Mass Media / Marketing Communication / Advertising or equivalent.· Diploma / Certification in Graphic & Creative design and animation.· 2 - 4 years of work experience with a brand, or advertising / creative / media agency is a must.MUST HAVES· The candidate should have a good understanding of video editing.· Should be able to work on software like Premiere Pro or After Effects, CorelDRAW, and Blender.· The candidate should have a well-rounded knowledge of various media – print, OOH, digital, and social.· Strong understanding of how Digital and Social Media platforms function and their latest trends (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Infographics, Blogs, Emailers, Website,Display ads)· Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online marketing strategies into effective designs.BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS· Good spoken and written communication skills.· Positive thinking and results-oriented.· Ability to work with minimum supervision.· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.· Strong attention to detail.· Robust work ethic and personal accountability.SALARYAs per industry standards__________________________________________________________________________________COMPANY NAME AND ADDRESSAtomium Labsc/o OOHTech Media Pvt.
