Job Description

As a BIM Designer - Mechanical (Revit) within our Infrastructure Team, you will play a key role in developing and coordinating BIM models and engineering drawings for infrastructure projects. You will work closely with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate, high-quality, and coordinated project deliverables in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, modify, and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical infrastructure systems using Autodesk Revit.

- Prepare and update engineering drawings, layouts, sections, schedules, and project documentation.

- Support the design and modeling of mechanical systems for infrastructure projects, including pumping stations, utility facilities, water and wastewater infrastructure, transportation facilities, and associated buildings.

- Coordinate BIM models with civil, structural,



electrical, wet utilities, and architectural disciplines.

- Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks and other BIM coordination tools.

- Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), company standards, and client requirements.

- Assist engineers in the preparation of design documentation, quantity take-offs, and technical deliverables.

- Participate in project coordination meetings and support the resolution of design and modeling issues.

- Maintain model accuracy, data integrity, and proper version control throughout project execution.

- Support BIM implementation and digital engineering initiatives across infrastructure projects.
