About the Job
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in site supervision & Execution, preferably in industrial projects.
- Basic understanding of drawings (plan, section, footing layout, elevation).
- Familiarity with dumpy level, survey tape, plumb bob, water level, etc.
- Ability to communicate clearly with labor teams and site engineers. Willingness to be posted at project sites across locations.
Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate is young, energetic, and eager to learn, with hands-on experience supervising basic construction and/or steel erection works.
You should understand the importance of level, alignment, finishing, curing, and worker coordination.
