- Course planning and content development
- Conduct live online classes according to the academic schedule
- Prepare and record academic content for online courses
- Facilitate interactive discussions, activities, and case-based learning
- Address students’ academic queries during live sessions and discussion forums
- Design quizzes, assignments, and case analyses
- Develop end-semester, supplementary, and second-chance examination question papers
- Deliver engaging sessions in Business Communication and Professional Communication for postgraduate students
- Develop and deliver content covering business writing, professional speaking, workplace communication, presentations, group discussions, negotiations, and interpersonal communication




- Train students in professional English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and effective workplace communication
- Conduct language proficiency and placement assessments to identify students’ language competency and learning requirements
- Provide placement-oriented language support, including interview skills, resume/CV writing, group discussions, presentations, and qualified etiquette
- Evaluate MBA mini-projects and 4th Semester projects
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants, Batch Advisors, and the Head of the Programme
- Document programme activities and maintain institutional records
- Undertake additional academic and administrative responsibilities as assigned based on programme requirements
