About the Role The BLUNT is looking for an Assistant Director Intern to help execute high-quality microdramas. This is a hands-on opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment, assisting with everything from planning to on-set execution.

Responsibilities

- Assist the director in pre-production, shoot planning, and execution.
- Coordinate with actors, crew, and production teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Manage scripts, shot lists, and maintain continuity.
- Handle on-set logistics, from scheduling to scene setup.
- Work closely with the editor to maintain the director’s vision in post-production.

What We’re Looking For

- Passion for filmmaking and storytelling.




- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of script breakdowns and shot compositions.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to quick-paced shoots.
- Prior experience in short films, college projects, or assisting in video shoots is a plus.
