Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing data-driven projects and a strong expertise in Databricks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, delivering complex projects on time and within budget, and leveraging Databricks to drive data analytics and business intelligence initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for data analytics projects utilizing Databricks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.




- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and project management.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong expertise in Databricks, including data engineering and analytics capabilities.
- Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and frameworks.
- Project Management Skilled (PMP) certification or equivalent.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10-13 years of experience in project management, with a focus on data analytics and Databricks.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
