About the Role

We are looking for a confident, mature, presentable, and camera-friendly Anchor to be the face of our video shoots and YouTube channel.

The ideal candidate should have a mature personality, excellent Hindi communication skills, strong on-camera presence, and the confidence to engage viewers naturally. The role involves hosting and presenting video content, working with scripts and teleprompters, and representing the channel professionally. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Anchor – Video Shoots & YouTube Channel.

The anchor will present astrology-related content on camera, host video shoots, and serve as the primary face of the brand on the YouTube channel. Daily responsibilities include preparing scripts and talking points, coordinating with the production team, and delivering clear, engaging explanations of astrology topics for a diverse audience. The role involves participating in video planning meetings, collaborating with astrologers to ensure accurate and meaningful content, and adapting communication style to suit different formats such as short clips, detailed explainers, and live sessions.

The anchor will also support basic content research, contribute ideas for new video series, and uphold brand guidelines and professionalism in all on-camera appearances.

Key Responsibilities

- Anchor and present content for YouTube videos and other digital platforms.
- Host Astrology-related videos for YouTube, Instagram and other digital platforms.
- Face the camera confidently and deliver content in a natural, engaging manner.
- Read and deliver scripted content using a teleprompter.
- Understand scripts and present them with the appropriate tone, expressions, and energy.




- Collaborate with the content, production, and video teams during shoots.
- Maintain a professional and engaging on-screen personality.
- Participate in different types of video shoots, interviews, discussions, and informational content.
- Be comfortable with multiple takes and adapting delivery based on the director/production team's feedback.
- Adapt presentation style according to the audience and content format.

Requirements

- Excellent command of Hindi — strong speaking and pronunciation skills are essential.
- Comfort discussing astrology or spiritual topics; prior exposure to astrology content or willingness to learn is highly beneficial.
- Confident and comfortable facing the camera.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable using a teleprompter and following scripts.
- Mature, composed, and professional personality.
- Pleasant and presentable on-camera appearance.
- Comfortable speaking in front of a camera and live audience
- Good voice clarity, pronunciation, and expression
- Creative mindset with an interest in content creation
- Ability to express emotions naturally and keep the audience engaged.
- Ability to take direction and perform confidently during shoots.
- Prior experience as an Anchor, Host, Presenter, YouTube Creator, News Anchor, or Video Content Creator will be an advantage.
