Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on AI Automation Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Agent Development, Prompt Engineering, Azure OpenAI, and Python. The ideal candidate will design, build, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions, intelligent agents, and conversational experiences using Microsoft's AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Build and deploy intelligent AI Agents and Agentic workflows.
- Develop prompts and optimize model responses for business use cases.
- Integrate Azure OpenAI services with enterprise applications.




- Develop REST APIs and automation workflows using Python and PowerShell.
- Implement RAG-based solutions and agent orchestration frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
- Follow DevOps best practices using Git, CI/CD, and modern deployment pipelines.

- Experience working with Azure cloud services.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
