Role Description The Admission Head is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for overseeing and managing the entire admissions process for all courses and grade levels. The role involves designing and implementing admission strategies, handling inquiries from prospective learners and families, conducting counseling sessions, and ensuring a smooth application and enrollment experience.

The Admission

Head works closely with academic and administrative teams to align admission policies with institutional goals and maintains accurate records, reports, and admission data. Daily tasks include supervising admission staff, coordinating entrance tests or interviews, providing regular updates to leadership,



and representing the institute at events, school visits, and outreach activities to strengthen the institute’s visibility and learner intake.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid foundational knowledge in Education and experience within academic or coaching institute environments.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for counseling, presentations, and interaction with learners, families, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development or familiarity with competitive exam curricula to effectively explain program offerings and pathways.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service capabilities to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive admission experience.
- Candidates should possess Educational Leadership qualities to guide admission teams, support policy implementation, and contribute to strategic planning.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field are preferred.
- Strong organizational, data management, and reporting skills, along with proficiency in basic office and admission management software, are beneficial.
