This role is ideal for a quality-focused program manager who can execute quality assurance initiatives for digital publishing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
You will manage straightforward QA projects within established programs, conduct quality audits, track performance metrics, maintain process documentation, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. You will also identify quality issues, support root cause analysis, improve operational procedures, and communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Manage straightforward quality assurance projects supporting existing programs and established lines of business
Execute quality audits and sampling processes in accordance with defined frameworks and quality standards
Track and report key quality metrics, including Internal QA Score, External QA Score, and QC Sampling Rate
Define and monitor appropriate measures of success for assigned quality projects
Collaborate with peers and cross-functional partners to ensure quality alignment and manage project dependencies
Support quality assurance activities throughout the digital publishing lifecycle, from asset creation to campaign deployment and post-launch review
Review digital assets, technical configurations, and campaign outputs for accuracy, compliance, and readiness
Support QA frameworks across different lines of business, including sampling strategies, feature verification, and regulatory compliance processes
Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, audit documentation, and team resources
Identify project risks, quality concerns,



and operational roadblocks and drive timely resolution through appropriate channels
Escalate unresolved risks and issues promptly to the relevant owners
Apply project management best practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery
Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen quality performance and operational consistency
Contribute to the standardization and adoption of quality procedures and best practices
Document quality defects and recurring issues and contribute to root cause analyses
Support weekly and monthly business reporting, quality performance summaries, and project narratives
Maintain project trackers, quality reports, audit records, and status documentation
Communicate project progress, quality performance, risks, and dependencies clearly to peers, managers, and partners
Present quality results and project updates to leadership up to the L7 level
Support the onboarding and training of new team members
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
~2+ years of relevant experience in quality assurance, quality programs, digital operations, or a related field
~ Experience executing quality assurance processes, audits, and sampling methodologies
~ Understanding of digital asset management systems and publishing workflows
~ Experience using project management and workflow tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or similar platforms
~ Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to support decisions
~ Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
~ Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, quality procedures, and process documentation
~ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously




~ Ability to identify risks, escalate issues appropriately, and follow through on resolutions
~ Comfortable presenting project and quality updates to senior stakeholders

Bachelor’s or higher degree in program management, graphic design, visual design, advertising, digital media, computer science, or a related discipline
Experience working in marketing, campaign management, digital publishing, or creative operations
Familiarity with quality management methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
Experience working with digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads or social media advertising platforms
Background in data analytics, quality reporting, and dashboard development
Experience contributing to weekly or monthly business reviews
Experience documenting issues and participating in root cause analysis
Experience training, onboarding, or mentoring new team members
Proactive approach to identifying quality risks and operational improvement opportunities

Contribute to quality assurance for high-visibility digital publishing campaigns
Gain exposure to end-to-end campaign workflows, from asset creation to post-launch review
Collaborate with quality, marketing, creative, production, and operational teams
Build experience in quality reporting, root cause analysis, and business review processes
Present project updates and quality performance to senior leadership
Support the delivery of accurate, compliant, and high-quality customer experiences
