Zenith India Lawyers - Internship, Capital Markets (September)

Location: Sector 57, Gurugram (in-office)

Duration: 4 weeks (extendable based on performance and requirements)

Stipend: Minimum Rs. 10,000

n

Reports to: Associate / Partner on the assigned matter

n

n

Responsibilities

n

n
1. Legal due diligence on issuer companies and related individuals and entities.
n
2. Preparation and tracking of sections of requisition lists and review of documents received.
n
3. Assistance in drafting Legal Search Reports, DRHP and RHP chapters.
n
4. Research notes on the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018, the Companies Act, 2013 and other Applicable Regulations.

Requirements

n

n
1. Final year law student, recent graduate, or CS skilled stage student.
n
2. Careful drafting and close attention to detail.
n
3. Willingness to work to filing timelines.
n
