ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

n

- Develop and execute the Tamil Nadu sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.
n
- Identify and acquire current customers, projects and applications.
n
- Manage key accounts and generate repeat business.
n
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from enquiry to order closure.
n
- Develop business across Wind, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Steel, Valves, Power, Heavy Engineering, Infrastructure and OEMs.
n
- Conduct customer visits,



product demonstrations and application discussions.
n
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical/service teams for suitable solutions.
n
- Monitor market trends, competitors and identify new business opportunities.
n
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity status and regular territory reviews.
n
- Work closely with the Regional Manager on strategic accounts and major business opportunities.
n

CANDIDATE CHECKLIST

☑ 8–12 years of relevant B2B industrial/technical sales experience

n

☑ Engineering degree preferred

n

☑ Industrial Tools / Engineering Products / MRO / Capital Equipment experience preferred

n

☑ Strong customer network

n

☑ Proven new-business development track record

☑ Excellent communication & negotiation skills

n

☑ Strong relationship-management skills

☑ Target-oriented and self-driven
