Job Summary

n

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Deputy Manager – Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting operations, receivables, payables, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting processes and experience in handling finance and taxation activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities.
n
- Monitor customer outstanding, collections, ageing reports, and payment follow-ups.
n
- Handle vendor payments, purchase invoices, and vendor reconciliations.
n
- Prepare and review GST returns, reconciliations, and related compliance .
n
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, returns, and compliance .
n
- Ensure timely statutory payments and filing of returns.
n
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
n
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and accounting records.
n
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
n
- Prepare MIS reports related to receivables,



payables, GST, TDS, and other financial activities.
n
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and customers as required.
n
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and taxation regulations.
n
- Support management in financial reporting and other accounting-related activities.
n

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable & Payable .
n
- Good understanding of GST and TDS .
n
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
n
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
n
- Good command of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP .
n
- Ability to independently handle accounting and taxation activities.
n
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
n

Candidate Profile

n

n
- CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA preferred.
n
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
n
- Candidates from a manufacturing industry will be preferred.
n
- Should have practical experience in Receivables, Payables, GST, TDS and reconciliations .
n
- Candidates who can independently manage accounting operations will be preferred.
