About the Role

n

Zyeta is looking for an experienced Project Manager – C&I; to lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial interior fit-out and design & build projects.

n

The role will own project planning, construction execution, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, contractor performance, stakeholder management and handover , ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead end-to-end project execution from mobilisation through completion and final handover.
n
- Develop project execution plans, master schedules, look-ahead plans and recovery strategies.
n
- Establish construction sequencing across civil, interiors, MEP and specialist works.
n
- Monitor critical path activities and drive corrective actions to recover project delays.
n
- Coordinate design, construction, MEP, procurement, commercial and other project workstreams.
n
- Identify and resolve scope gaps, contractor interfaces and construction coordination issues.
n
- Manage design changes, variations and scope changes, assessing their impact on cost, schedule and resources .
n
- Manage contractors and subcontractors through defined KPIs, performance reviews and corrective actions.
n
- Drive procurement, material planning, logistics and vendor coordination to maintain project progress.
n
- Plan and optimise manpower, equipment and other resources across project priorities.
n
- Monitor project cost, variations, claims and commercial risks and support effective commercial decisions.

- Prepare and implement recovery plans for projects that are delayed or over budget.
n
- Establish quality inspection and assurance processes and ensure timely closure of NCRs and quality observations.
n
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements.
n
- Identify project risks, constraints and dependencies and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
n
- Lead project reviews with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
n
- Maintain accurate project governance, MIS and progress reporting based on actual site conditions.
n
- Manage testing, snagging, documentation and final project handover in coordination with MEP and other teams.
n
- Build strong client relationships while maintaining commercial and contractual discipline.
n
- Lead, mentor and develop project teams and ensure clear ownership and accountability.
n
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, productivity, quality and customer experience.

What We Are Looking For

n

n
- 12–18 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out, construction or design & build project delivery .
n




- Strong experience managing large-scale corporate workplace / commercial projects.
n
- Proven experience in end-to-end project planning, execution and handover.
n
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, project planning and project controls.
n
- Experience managing multiple contractors, subcontractors and specialist vendors.
n
- Strong understanding of civil, interiors and MEP interfaces.
n
- Experience in project recovery, cost control, change management and commercial coordination.
n
- Solid understanding of quality assurance, inspections and HSE requirements.
n
- Proven client, consultant and stakeholder management experience.
n
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.
n
- Engineering / Architecture / Construction-related qualification preferred.
n
