Role: Manufacturing Automation Engineer / Sr. Manufacturing Automation Engineer

n

Experience: 3 – 11 Years

n

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Design and develop manufacturing automation and assembly systems
n
- Develop conveyor systems, material handling equipment, and transfer mechanisms
n
- Design and implement pick-and-place systems using pneumatic, servo, and robotic technologies
n
- Lead evaluation and deployment of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR)
n
- Design warehouse automation solutions including ASRS, robotic palletizing, and automated storage systems
n
- Integrate industrial robots for assembly, packaging, inspection, machine tending, and material handling
n
- Design jigs, fixtures, and tooling for manufacturing and assembly processes
n
- Support projects from concept, feasibility,



design, installation, commissioning, and production ramp-up
n
- Prepare layouts, BOMs, technical specifications, and project documentation
n
- Drive troubleshooting, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
n
