Job Description

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can collect, analyze, interpret, and visualize business and financial data to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to convert complex data into meaningful business insights. n

Key Responsibilities n

Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources. n

Prepare regular and ad-hoc business performance reports. n
n Develop dashboards and data visualizations for management and internal teams. n

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or anomalies. n

Analyze customer, loan, repayment, operational, and financial data. n

Support credit, risk, operations, finance,



and management teams with data-driven insights. n

Identify patterns that can help improve business performance and operational efficiency. n

Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. n

Requirements n

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field. n

0–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role. n

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel. n

Working knowledge of SQL. n

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools. n
