Key Skills & Requirements
? Strong verbal communication and convincing skills
? Experience in handling customers over calls
? Responsible for timely follow-up and collection of outstanding payments
? Ability to communicate professionally with customers regarding pending dues
? Solid negotiation and persuasion skills
? Ability to maintain accurate collection records and update CRM
? Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets & CRM
⚡ Strong follow-up, problem-solving & target-oriented approach
? NBFC/BFSI/Loan Collection experience preferred
? Professional attitude with good customer-handling skills
