Client Communications & Conversion Manager — Full-Time | Hybrid Company: Work Mode: Hybrid

Compensation: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month fixed + performance-based incentives on successful conversions
Houspire is an AI-powered online interior design company helping homeowners transform their spaces through professional interior design services, 3D visualizations, and technology-driven workflows.
We’re looking for a Client Communications & Conversion Manager who will be responsible for speaking with prospective clients who have already shown interest in Houspire, understanding their requirements, explaining our services clearly, and helping them confidently move from an enquiry to a paid design engagement.
This is primarily a warm-lead conversion role, not a cold-calling role. The focus is on excellent client communication, relationship building, structured follow-ups, and conversions.
Connect with warm leads and incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
Clearly explain Houspire's services, process, deliverables, timelines, and pricing
Recommend the most suitable Houspire service/package based on the client's requirements
Follow up consistently with interested leads without making the interaction feel overly sales-driven
Identify recurring client questions, objections, and feedback to help improve Houspire's sales process
Strong command of English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus
Comfortable discussing pricing, handling objections, and closing a sale
Organized and comfortable working with WhatsApp, CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms




Self-driven and capable of working effectively in a hybrid environment
Target-oriented while maintaining a positive client experience
Preferred Experience
~1–3 years of experience in client servicing, inside sales, business development, customer success, or another client-facing role
~ Experience converting inbound or warm leads into paying customers
~ Previous experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, home improvement, furniture, or other high-consideration consumer services is an advantage
~ Compensation & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and capabilities.
Performance Incentives: Additional incentives will be paid based on successful client conversions, giving you the opportunity to earn more based on your performance.
Performance in this role will be measured primarily through:
Quality of client communication
Lead pipeline management
Client experience during the pre-sales journey
Quality of handover to the design team
