We’re hiring Collections Specialists for an exciting U.S. customer-facing voice process in Gurgaon, Haryana!

Location: Gurgaon (GGN), Sector 30

Mode: Work From Office

n

Role: Collections Specialist - US Process

n

Work Week: 5 Days | 2 Rotational Offs

n

Shift: Rotational Shifts

n

Cab: Free Both-Way Cab Facility

n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

• Handle inbound & outbound calls with U.S.-based customers

n

• Manage past-due accounts with empathy and professionalism

n

• Resolve billing disputes and account-related concerns

n

• Negotiate realistic payment arrangements

n

• Maintain accurate CRM notes, payment promises & account records

n

• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving collection goals

n

n





What We’re Looking For

n

n
- Prior experience in First-Party Collections / International Customer Support
n
- U.S. Voice experience preferred
n
- Minimum B2 English proficiency
n
- Strong communication & conflict-resolution skills
n
- High emotional intelligence and customer-handling ability
n
- Comfortable working from the Gurgaon office & during night shifts.
