Position Overview:

Technically qualified Production Manager to lead Production at Powder Blending Plant. This role is critical for ensuring smooth production, compliance with food/pharma standards, and efficient plant management.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Manage end-to-end production operations, ensuring output and quality targets.
n
- Oversee recipe preparation and operation of powder/liquid blending machines.
n
- Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
n
- Supervise plant & equipment maintenance, including ETP operations.
n
- Handle workforce allocation, training, and productivity improvement.
n
- Drive process optimization, reduce wastage, and monitor KPIs.
n
- Ensure Compliance to Quality plus Safety Standards & processes.
n

Key Skills & Qualifications:





n

n
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Food Tech / Chemical Science.
n
- 10–12 years of experience in Food or Pharma-grade production facilities.
n
- Hands-on expertise in blending operations and plant maintenance in a GFSI & GMP Certified establishment.
n
- Robust leadership, problem-solving, and compliance knowledge.
n
- People manager experience.
n
