Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Psychiatrist to assess, diagnose, and support individuals experiencing mental health concerns. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, empathy, and a willingness to learn and grow in a qualified healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

n

Conduct patient assessments and understand their mental health concerns.

n

Diagnose and manage psychiatric and psychological conditions as per clinical guidelines.

n

Provide appropriate treatment and medication management where required.

n

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

n

Monitor patients' progress and make necessary treatment adjustments.

n

Communicate effectively with patients and their families.

n

Coordinate with psychologists, counsellors,



and other healthcare professionals when required.

n

Follow ethical, professional, and patient-safety standards.

n

Eligibility & Skills

n

MBBS with MD/DNB in Psychiatry from a recognized institution.

n

Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.

n

Valid medical registration as applicable.

n

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

n

n

Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
