Senior Manager – Corporate Philanthropy & Institutional Development

Location: Mahindra University, Hyderabad, Telangana.

n

Summary: Responsible for building strategic relationships with corporates and securing high-value philanthropic contributions, CSR funding and institutional grants to support the University's strategic priorities.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Identify and engage corporates, CXOs, CSR leaders, corporate foundations and family offices as potential funding partners.
n
- Develop and secure large-scale corporate contributions for University infrastructure, research, innovation, centres of excellence, scholarships and other strategic initiatives.
n
- Build a solid pipeline of prospective corporate donors and manage the complete fundraising cycle from prospecting to closure and stewardship.
n
- Develop compelling proposals and customised funding opportunities aligned with corporate CSR priorities and University goals.
n
- Negotiate and close multi-year and high-value funding commitments.
n




- Develop long-term relationships with corporate donors and identify opportunities for repeat and expanded funding.
n
- Track fundraising targets, commitments and outcomes and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
n

Experience & Qualifications:

n

n
- Postgraduate degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Development or a related field.
n
- 10+ years of experience in corporate fundraising, CSR, institutional giving, strategic partnerships, business development or a related field.
n
- Proven track record of securing high-value corporate funding or partnerships.
n
- Strong network among corporates, CXOs and senior industry leaders.
n
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
n
- Experience in higher education, philanthropy or institutional fundraising is preferred.
n

Ability to identify and convert corporate relationships into significant, long-term funding commitments for the University.
