We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented professional for the position of Territory Manager – Bank BC/CSP Project.

n

The role involves direct coordination with IOB, SBI, BOI, Bank Circle Heads, LHO, Zonal Offices, RBOs, Bank officials, Partners, and CSP/BC teams to drive business growth, operational excellence, compliance, profitability, and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide overall leadership, control, and strategic direction for BC/CSP projects.
n
- Develop and implement project strategies in coordination with IOB, SBI, BOI, LHO, Zonal Offices, RBOs, Bank officials, and Partners.
n
- Build strong relationships with senior Bank officials and key stakeholders.
n
- Coordinate with Circle Head offices, LHO, Zonal Offices, and RBOs for project approvals, implementation, monitoring, and issue resolution.
n
- Drive CSP/BC business targets, customer acquisition, transaction volumes, productivity, and overall performance.
n
- Monitor CSP/BC performance and ensure achievement of assigned business and operational targets.
n
- Establish effective systems for project control, MIS, reporting, escalation, and performance monitoring.
n
- Track deployment, activation, operational readiness, milestones, and deliverables.
n
- Ensure timely resolution of operational, technical, compliance, and business issues.
n
- Coordinate Bank officials, Partners, internal teams, technical teams, and CSP/BC operators.
n
- Ensure implementation of Bank guidelines, processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
n
- Oversee installation, configuration,



and troubleshooting of BC/CSP software, devices, and technical infrastructure.
n
- Review MIS and performance data and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and profitability.
n
- Maintain project profitability through cost control, resource management, business growth, and operational efficiency.
n
- Conduct periodic performance reviews with Bank officials, Partners, LHO, Zonal Office, RBO, and internal teams.
n
- Identify business opportunities and support CSP/BC network expansion.
n
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution.
n
- Prepare management reports, Bank review reports, dashboards, and project updates.
n

Qualifications & Skills

n

n
- Graduate in any discipline.
n
- 2+ years of experience in BC/CSP project management, banking operations, or related fields.
n
- Strong experience managing large-scale BC/CSP projects and teams.
n
- Prior SBI CSP project experience is an advantage.
n
- Experience coordinating with IOB, SBI, BOI, LHO, Zonal Offices, RBOs, and Circle-level Bank authorities preferred.
n
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong MIS and analytical skills.
n
- Knowledge of BC/CSP technology, software installation, troubleshooting, and operations.
n
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
n
- Strong proficiency in the local language.
n
- Robust commercial understanding with focus on profitability and business growth.
