nWe are looking for a high-impact Channel Sales Assistant Manager / Manager to drive revenue through education channel partners for Hero Vired's Online Degrees programs. The role involves end-to-end ownership of channel partner performance, activation, productivity, and revenue growth across assigned regions.
nKey Responsibilities
nChannel Partner Management

- Manage end-to-end channel sales operations across assigned regions/cities.n
- Identify, onboard, train, and activate current education channel partners.n
- Drive partner productivity, engagement, and revenue contribution.n
- Build long-term relationships with key channel partners and stakeholders.n

nRevenue & Business Growth

- n
- Achieve enrolment and revenue targets through channel-led sales.n
- Monitor funnel metrics: leads, conversions, enrolments, and closures.n




- Plan and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business goals.n
- Identify growth opportunities within existing and new partner networks.n

nProgram & Product Alignment
n• Ensure partners are well-versed with degree programs, working professional courses, fees,
neligibility, loan options, and specializations.

- Act as a bridge between channel partners, internal sales teams, and university SPOCs.n
- Support partners with marketing initiatives, webinars, events, and local promotions.n

nGovernance, MIS & Compliance

- Track and publish daily/weekly/monthly MIS on partner performance.n
- Ensure adherence to pricing, compliance, and brand guidelines.n
- Resolve partner escalations and operational challenges promptly.n

nTeam & Stakeholder Collaboration
