- Create high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other paid channels with a CRO-first mindsetn
- Develop brand assets, social media graphics, presentations, and marketing collateraln
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and dev teams to bring ideas to lifen
- Conduct basic UX research, user flows, wireframes, and prototypingn
- A/B test design variations and optimize based on performance datan
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all touchpointsn

nWhat We're Looking For

- 2 years of hands-on design experience across UI/UX, graphic design, and performance/ad creativesn




- Robust portfolio showcasing diverse work — digital products, ads, and brand designn
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (must-have)n
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effectsn
- Familiarity with Canva, Webflow, or similar tools is a plusn
- Understanding of CRO principles — what makes a landing page or ad convertn
- Basic knowledge of design handoff and working with developersn
- Sharp eye for typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchyn
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising qualityn
