- Own the overall quality of testing deliverables and timely project execution.n
- Drive testing governance, quality assurance,



defect management, and process compliance.n
- Act as the primary point of contact for test delivery and quality-related initiatives. Key Responsibilitiesn
- Overall responsibility for quality of testing and timely delivery across projects.n
- Create and implement Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Test Governance framework.n
- Define resource requirements, allocation plans, and technical skill requirements.n
- Create Test Design, Test Execution Plans, and testing schedules.n
- Manage and monitor defect lifecycle and defect resolution activities.n
- Drive continuous Test Improvement Initiatives across the project lifecycle.n
- Ensure adequate test coverage for business, functional, and integration requirements.n
- Identify project risks, quality concerns, and mitigation strategies.n
- Maintain quality standards and release readiness throughout the project.n
